We handle Business Central consulting, implementation, third party integration and migration from legacy ERP systems, plus DevOps and cloud engineering, Kubernetes and AI workflow automation. Every engagement is run by senior engineers who stay on the project from discovery through to support.
We specialise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and nothing else. That focus is deliberate: a team that works on one platform every day knows its extension model, its upgrade cadence and its genuine limits far better than a generalist firm juggling five ERPs. If Business Central is a poor fit for your business, we will tell you during the free consultation rather than sell you an implementation.
A focused single entity Business Central rollout typically runs 12 to 16 weeks. Multi entity, multi currency or heavily integrated projects run four to eight months. We scope every engagement in phases with a working deliverable at the end of each one, so you see real progress and can change direction long before the cutover weekend.
Yes. We migrate from Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, Sage, SAP and QuickBooks, along with custom and spreadsheet based systems. The process covers a data quality review, a mapped and tested migration run into a sandbox, reconciled opening balances signed off by your finance team, and at least one full rehearsal before the live cutover.
Both. Business Central is built for small and mid sized businesses, and that is where most of our work sits, but we also run multi entity rollouts for larger groups. Engagement size is matched to the problem: a two week integration audit is as welcome here as a six month implementation programme.
Yes. DevOps and cloud engineering is a standalone service, not an add on. We build Azure landing zones, Azure DevOps pipelines and infrastructure as code, and we run Kubernetes both in the cloud and on premises, for teams who have no Business Central footprint at all. The same applies to AI workflow automation.
We price by engagement model rather than by seat. Fixed scope projects are quoted after a paid discovery phase, dedicated squads are billed monthly, and advisory retainers are billed at a flat monthly rate. Every proposal states the deliverables, the assumptions behind them, and what would change the number.
Every project ends with a hypercare period, documented runbooks and a knowledge transfer session with your team, because you own the system afterwards, not us. From there you can move onto a support retainer or take it fully in house. Both are normal outcomes and we plan for either from day one.
